Cedar Grove Church

The Family Life Center is primarily a tool for ministry. It is part of our church and is to be treated with respect. It exists to initiate, promote, and under gird the work of Jesus Christ to build up the Kingdom and the Faith. 

 

Secondly, The Family Life Center is available to grant assistance and service to the general public for events that foster a spirit of cooperation for the good of the local community. 

 

Thirdly, The Family Life Center is available to special interest groups on a limited basis (time, space, and personnel permitting) providing they are not in conflict with the facility's primary function.

 

 

1.  The Family Life Center is a smoke free facility.

2.  Absolutely NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES OR ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES on the church premises.

 

3.  Language should be something that is acceptable to God.

 

4.  The use is responsible for any damage to The Family Life Center property during the time of your use.

 

5.  Respectable social dancing is allowed.

 

6.  NO hanging on the rims. NO hard balls, NO bicycles or skateboards.

 

7.  No fixtures or objects may be move unless permission is granted. If items are moved, following the event they must be returned to their original position.

8.  When leaving the building, make sure all lights are off, all doors are locked, everything is returned to its proper place, trash cans are emptied and trash put in dumpster behind the building, toilets are flushed, bathroom lights are off, etc. Failure to follow these rules will cause loss of the deposit and possible refusal of future use.

9.  The user releases the church from any responsibility for personal loss, damage, injury, or liability to persons or property arising from use of the church's facilities.

 

10.  If no other activity is scheduled and usage is cleared through the church office or Director, the building can be used for informal recreation. Remember--an adult age 18 or older must be present at all times.
